My work with Northzone encompassed helping the New York / US team build up its talent network and build events to boost its presence in the local ecosystem. As the sole platform hire for the team I helped scale our operator network from 0 to 100—literally. By the end of my time we had over 100 operators from notable companies like Hinge, Airbnb, Google, Spotify and more on deck to support the portfolio.
